데이터 삭제 안내

회사가 보관하는 Threads 정보

Threads 계정을 연결하시면 Threads 사용자 식별값, 사용자 이름, 프로필 사진 주소, 게시에 쓰는 인증 정보(암호화하여 보관)와 예약해 두신 게시 내용을 보관합니다. Threads 비밀번호는 받지 않습니다.

삭제하는 방법

  1. 모아 에이전트 프로그램: 계정 관리 > 스레드 · 인스타그램에서 연결된 계정의 [연결 해제]를 누릅니다.
  2. Threads 앱: 설정 > 계정 > 웹사이트 권한에서 모아 에이전트를 삭제합니다.
  3. 회원 탈퇴: 홈페이지 마이페이지에서 탈퇴하시면 Threads 연결 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다.
  4. 이메일: [email protected] 으로 가입하신 이메일 주소와 Threads 사용자 이름을 적어 보내 주시면 지체 없이 삭제하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

1~3의 방법은 요청 즉시 삭제되며, 아직 게시되지 않은 예약도 함께 삭제됩니다. 이미 Threads 에 게시된 글은 Threads 에서 직접 삭제하셔야 합니다.

Meta 에서 삭제를 요청하시면 확인 코드를 드립니다. 이 페이지에서 그 코드로 처리 결과를 확인하실 수 있으며, 회사는 확인 코드와 요청 시각만 남기고 누구의 요청인지 알 수 있는 정보는 남기지 않습니다.

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

When you connect a Threads account, Moa Agent stores your Threads user ID, username, profile picture URL, an encrypted access token, and any posts you have scheduled. We never receive your Threads password.

You can delete this data at any time:

  1. In the Moa Agent app: Accounts > Threads > Disconnect.
  2. In Threads: Settings > Account > Website permissions > remove Moa Agent.
  3. Delete your Moa Agent account on the My Page of this website.
  4. Email [email protected] with your sign-up email and Threads username.

Options 1 to 3 delete the data immediately, including scheduled posts that have not been published. Posts already published on Threads must be deleted in Threads.

If you request deletion through Meta, you will receive a confirmation code. Open this page with that code to check the status. We keep only the code and the request time, with nothing that identifies you.
